things to know about delivery & in store pick up
DELIVERY & IN STORE PICK UP INFORMATION
We are happy to deliver a variety of products to your door, servicing the Westshore, (Colwood, Langford, Goldstream). A $10 delivery fee is applicable for delivery to other areas (restrictions apply, please inquire)
If you prefer to pick up your order it will be available the first business day following your online or phoned in order between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. IMPORTANT: An appointment must be scheduled for pick up between 11:00-3:00 if on Tuesday as we are not open. Wednesday pick up between 11:00-3:00, Thursday, Friday, Saturday between 10:00-4:30. (sometimes stuff happens out of our control but we do our best to stick to this schedule)
To process, simply order online, include your address, telephone number and special instructions then select either delivery or pick up at store.
Alternately you are welcome to contact us with your order (604-300-5990 or send an email to address below). Payment for phoned in or emailed orders can be made via invoice to your email address or via etransfer prior to delivery to :
Things you need to know about delivery: The order needs to be a minimum of $50* (in product excluding taxes) and the delivery is FREE! If less than that, a $10* Delivery Fee will apply. The "local delivery" option must be chosen at website checkout if you would like your product delivered. The minimum order amount and delivery fee applies to areas outside of Colwood/Langford, restrictions apply please inquire.
Please note we will leave your delivery even if no one is home so please advise a safe and secure location to leave your purchase at the time you place your order. We cannot be responsible for your order once delivered. We will send you an email/text with an image of where we left your order as confirmation of delivery. Thanks for understanding.
